This session will provide leaders with the foundations for creating an inclusive and respective culture for your group. It will help participants to identify potential issues of conflict and have strategies to help address concerns and opinions in a non-threatening way.

Please note: our online managing conflict training is delivered as live and interactive sessions. Our facilitators promote and encourage interaction and communication among participants simulating the face-to-face experience.

What’s involved?

This workshop will provide leaders with the confidence to be proactive in preventing conflict and be able to improve communication and create respectful interactions which embraces differences. The session is experiential in nature, allowing time for all leaders to practice handling issues in real-life scenarios.
