About this workshop
Managing challenging conversations such as managing performance, providing feedback delivering difficult news can be hard for many non profit leaders. Being able to gain commitment for behaviour change can be difficult but is a required skill to keep the team to successfully achieving it’s mission.
This managing challenging conversations training will equip your leaders with the skills to confidently engage in these challenging conversations and work better with their teams to improve performance.

- Keep difficult conversations on track and gain commitment for behaviour change
