Non profit Training is a leading provider of training and support services to the not-for-profit sector across Australia. We provide tailored online and face-to-face programs and projects designed to educate and empower non-profit organisations, so they can continue to do great things in the community.

Who are you?

You will be an experienced administrator who is looking for a flexible casual role, 12 to 18 hours per week (great role for someone juggling work and school commitments) You are competent in Microsoft office suite and have excellent writing and editing skills with good attention to detail, along with an excellent phone manner and client liaison skills.

Having had previous experience with Google workspace and calendar, CRM’s, preferably Salesforce, online meeting platforms, Eventbrite and knowing your way around a MAC, would be advantageous.

What you will be doing

  • Preparing proposals 
  • Preparing course information and client advertising materials
  • Preparing advertising for public programs and promoting to our networks
  • Maintaining database and improving on workflow
  • Entering client information and other database entries.
  • Assisting with client specific administrative tasks and organisational activities.
  • Identifying and be involved in supporting business development opportunities
  • Assisting training coordinator with ad-hoc tasks
  • Assisting with writing website content for our learning websites
